Access Your 2025 Giving History
Thank you for your generous support of our parish home, Corpus Christi Catholic Church, throughout 2025. If you need a record of your contributions for tax or personal purposes, you can download your giving history directly from Flocknote or request a mailed copy from us. Below are some options for accessing your Donor Summary:
Option 1: Download Your Giving History Using a Parish Email
- Open any email you’ve received from Corpus Christi in Flocknote.
- At the bottom of the email, click “my info.”
- Select the Giving tab.
- Scroll to Donor Summaries for Taxes and click 2025 to download your PDF.

Option 2: Access Your Giving History by Logging into Flocknote
If you prefer to log in directly, you can access your account here:
https://flocknote.com/login
Once logged in, you can find your Donor Summaries for Taxes under the Giving tab.

Option 3: Request a Mailed Copy
