Acts: The Spread of the Kingdom

Join Women's Coffee Break for Acts: The Spread of the Kingdom, a 20-week fall Bible study with Jeff Cavins. This study explores how the first Christians, empowered by the Holy Spirit, carried the Gospel to the ends of the earth, while helping participants better understand the mission of the early Church and their own place in Christ's mission today. The book fee is $35.

History of Coffee Break

More than 20 years ago, our parishioner, Loraine Pellegrino, asked our pastor for approval to begin a Bible study series at Corpus Christi. She coordinated with Denise Halloran, (our former director of children's faith formation) to gather the women of the parish and take a "Coffee Break" to study scripture!

This women's scripture study program meets weekly on Wednesday mornings for a number of sessions depending on the length of the study. New studies often begin each September and January and there is a small fee for materials.

The format includes personal study along with the weekly small group meetings to share your reflections. Childcare typically provided, please inquire upon pre-registration.
