First Eucharist

In the Diocese of Phoenix, First Eucharist AND Confirmation are received in the 3rd grade. You must have had at least one year of Catholic Education instruction prior to entering the 3rd grade in order to be eligible for Sacramental Preparation of First Eucharist and Confirmation.

A copy of the child’s baptismal certificate is required at registration. For more information on First Eucharist and Confirmation preparation and requirements, please see the Confirmation section.
