Our Speakers

Claire Dwyer is the author of This Present Paradise: A Spiritual Journey with St. Elizabeth of the TrinityFor the past three years, she has given talks and retreats on the life and teachings of this relatively unknown saint, introducing her to new friends all over the country.

She is also a contributor to Blessed is She’s devotional, New Wine, and writes and edits for the Avila Foundation, where she works full time, primarily as content editor of spirtualdirection.com

As a Spiritual director with a degree in Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville, where she serves on the advisory board of the leadership Institute, and a certification in Spiritual Theology.  She is currently a master’s student at St. Vincent’s Seminary’s Institute of Ministry Formation.  Claire finds her ‘sweet spot’ at the curious intersection of the mystery of the interior life and the power of story and the written word.

To that end, she is co-founder and content director of Write These Words and the PraiseWriters Catholic writer membership community, encouraging Catholic writers to follow their call with courage and creativity.

Her deep desire is that all women embrace the beautiful story of their lives and see it in light of the ongoing drama of salvation history, of which they are an unrepeatable, necessary part.

She lives in Phoenix with her husband of twenty-six years, their six children, and one grandson.

Beth Davis is a lover of Jesus, a retired youth minister, and the Director of Formation for Blessed is She (blessedisshe.net). She is passionate about teaching women how to develop an intimate relationship with Jesus in prayer through writing, speaking, and mentorship. Her favorite things include being the favorite aunt to her five nieces and nephews, making friends everywhere she goes, and whatever book she’s currently reading.

First and foremost, Tina Glenn is a beloved little daughter of God.

Tina is a certificated spiritual director, formed by the Oblates of the Virgin Mary at the Lanteri Center for Ignatian Spirituality, in Denver, Colorado. She has a dual bachelor’s degree in elementary education and special education, with an emphasis in emotional handicaps. Tina has also completed formation in the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd and spent many wonderful years as catechist to children ages 3 through 14.

Tina married her high school sweetheart; she and Jeff moved to Ahwatukee in 1987 and their three grown sons were raised at Corpus Christi Catholic Church. Tina has experienced firsthand the freedom that comes from accepting Jesus‘ invitation to redeem and restore her woundedness. She deeply desires to facilitate others’ growth in their own personal relationship with our loving Savior.

You can reach Tina at twoheartsdirection@gmail.com.
